In this module we will review the actual tests you will be performing to determine your baseline metrics. Proper testing is essential in programming your training and also acts as a tool to track your progress. In this module we will review your nutrition programming with Coach Jake. Here we will layout exactly what is require of you to get started tracking your food, determine your macronutrient ratio, and how to start eating to better your performance. In this module we will discuss how you will receive your program, what to look for, and how to perform the actual program. Make sure to watch the full video for details on how to execute your program properly.
In this module we want to walk through the proper sequence we follow to warm up for each training session. The OTA warm up includes a series of corrective stretches and exercises to eliminate muscular imbalances, a general dynamic warm up, and a series of movement prep for that individual training session.
